Service Description

Have an upcoming bridal shower, ladies night or birthday party coming up? Looking for something fun to do with friends? Then let us bring this flower pot painting workshop to you! During this workshop your guests will paint a 6" and 4" terracotta flower pot EACH TICKET PRICE INCLUDES: -One 6" Terracotta flower pot and saucer -One 4" Terracotta flower pot and saucer -One flower (seasonal choices) BOOKING PROCESS Select your event date and start time from the calendar on the next page, submit your info and we will respond within 72 hours to let you know if we are available. (check your spam folder!) If we are available, we will setup a phone call or virtual/in-person visit to discuss the details of the event as well as pricing and optional add-ons . Then once the non-refundable retainer is collected you're all booked! PRICING & MINIMUMS Prices are $40.00 per person with a minimum of 6 needed to book. Travel fees may apply. For private flower pot painting parties in home - a $100 non-refundable retainer must be paid in order to secure your date and book regardless of the number of participants. This $100 will then be applied to the final invoice at the time of final payment. TIMING Class runs about 1.5 hours of active instruction with a 30 min setup/cleanup time before and after the event. Please ask all attendees to arrive 10 minutes early. FINAL PAYMENTS A final head count must be given 2 weeks before the event and the remainder of the balance must be paid within one week before the date of the event. Non payment on the remainder of the balance within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the non-refundable retainer, the event will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY If we need to cancel on you and no rescheduling date is agreed upon, 100% the retainer will be returned back to you. If you cancel on us for any reason, the retainer is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. RESCHEDULING POLICY If the need to reschedule by the client arises, it must be done so and acknowledged by the artist within 14 days of the event or the non refundable retainer is forfeited, the event is cancelled and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

Booking Process

How does a booking request work?

If you know the possible date you would like to schedule the service/event, feel free to select it from the calendar, follow the prompts and it will notify us that you are requesting to book. We will then contact you to schedule a free consultation either in person, via ZOOM or on the phone to get more information, discuss pricing and answer any questions!

What happens next?
Once we receive your request to book we will be in contact within 48 hours (usually earlier) to first confirm if the date is available. If your date IS available, we will then setup a time to speak via phone or video chat in detail about your request to book and go from there :)

When will my date officially be confirmed on your calendar?

-Private art lessons are officially booked once you pay in full
-Live event paintings are officially booked once a contract is signed and retainer collected
-Art studio commissions are confirmed to begin once an agreement is signed & retainer collected

What if the date I am looking for is booked?

Don't let that stop you from contacting us! If the date/time you are looking for is unavailable on the calendar, we recommend contacting us directly through the contact us form on the website or via email as cancellations do happen.
