Relax and Create with us at Rooted Yoga in The Shoppes at Lafayette
This  2.5 hour mini retreat is the perfect way to experience a combination of  gentle beginners yoga with a mindful zen watercolor lesson ! In between  the two sessions we will have a tea break & light refreshments

Each Single Ticket includes:
ONE entry into a single 2.5 hour Mini Retreat
- 60 minute beginners yoga session with Rooted Yoga
- Tea break & light refreshments where you can sample some local teas
- Beginners mindful zen watercolor session with Nicole Christian
The event will start at Rooted Yoga and then you will head to our studio ( just a short walk across the shopping village) for refreshments and watercolor painting! No  experience required for the mini retreat! All supplies included for the  watercolor portion of the retreat and Feel free to bring your own yoga  mat & block - but if you don't have one, don't worry! They'll be all  set up for when you arrive!
