Relax and Create with us at Align with Flow Yoga In Vernon NJ! ( Located inside Crystals of Quartz - House of Healing next to Heaven Hill)
This 2.5 hour mini retreat is the perfect way to try a combination of gentle beginners yoga with Alexandra Lewis followed by a beginners mindful watercolor class with Nicole Christian. In between the two sessions we will have a tea break experience by Nomad Spice Co. and That Plant Lady! (Caffeine Free options available!)
