Relax and Create with us at Align with Flow Yoga In Vernon NJ! ( Located inside Crystals of Quartz - House of Healing next to Heaven Hill)

This 2.5 hour mini retreat is the perfect way to try a combination of gentle beginners yoga with Alexandra Lewis followed by a beginners mindful zen watercolor session with Nicole Christian. In between the two sessions we will have a tea break experience by Nomad Spice Co. and That Plant Lady! (Caffeine free options available)

Each Single Ticket includes:

ONE entry into a single 2.5 hour Mini Retreat

- 45 minute gentle restorative yoga session for beginners with Alexandra Lewis

- Tea break experience by Nomad Spice Co & That Plant Lady

- Beginners mindful zen watercolor session with Nicole Christian

No experience required for the mini retreat! All supplies included for use during BOTH sessions :) 

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat & block - but if you dont have one, dont worry! We do and they'll be all set up for when you arrive!
